On March 8, 2023 (Wednesday) was conducted a spot assessment on our LGU internal and external service processes by Northern Luzon Anti-Red Tape Authority. The assessment team was headed by Atty. Rodolfo B. Del Rosario who were with Atty. Darwin P. Marcos and Mr. Joseph A. Carino.

The purpose of the said visit was to assess the Status of Compliance of LGU-Sablan anent to the electronic Business One Stop Shop (eBOSS), our observance on the service processes incorporated in the duly approved Citizens’ Charter “Pa-amta” and our observance on all other Anti-Red Tape Act impositions. The objective of which is to assist us to improve our service delivery especially on our external transactions or our transactions with the public-clientele.

Our Municipal Mayor, Alfredo B. Dacumos Jr. also led our MLGU team in conferring with the said authorities from start to the exit conference conducted post the assessment sampling on two of our frontline service-providing offices, Municipal Treasury Office and the Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar.

With the collective assessment-based inputs, this MLGU hopes to be able to meet the objectives by transcending our current services strategically and methodically not only to comply with the ARTA provisions but for public service itself.
