For n years now, Sablan has served coffee with locally sourced food snacks to go with it here at Adivay’s pakape which was turned into “pakape tan pa-choco” by Sablan during its afternoon duty. Both coffee and cocoa used were sourced from the municipality’s home-grown robusta roasted beans and cacao with the latter having been locally processed into tablea for this drink and other chocolate products.
We have this variety of coffee and cacao products sold at Sablan’s Adivay agri-tourism booth should you want to have more of it.
The active Members of Sablan Sangguniang Bayan, the SB Secretary, and Staff, all led by the Mun. Vice Mayor himself, was actually at your service at the Adivay Cafe today.
