MANDATE

• The office review and study documents to assure that expenses of the Local Government Code Unit is within the appropriation, allotment and obligation of each office and is spent for it’s purpose. It coordinates with the office of the Municipal Accountant, Municipal Treasurer and Municipal Planning and Development and other concerned offices for budgeting purposes.

VISION

• That all constituents of Sablan may enjoy all the services of the Government due them, through equal distribution and implementation of services, projects and programs.
