MANDATE

• To act as the Municipal Mayor in case as provided by law and to preside over the Sangguniang Bayan meetings

VISION

• Striving to sustain the positive changes that were accomplished, driving the will to deepen and widen the reforms and strategies that have already proven to be effective in serving the constituents and to encourage, motivate and create a functional Sanggunian through effective and good governance

MISSION

• To be able to continue the traditional paradigm of leadership and participatory management as well as the skillful use of authority and influence through motivation, professionalism, and commitment to make place and elevate good governance to its rightful place

• The Municipal Vice Mayor of Sablan shall be the presiding officer of the Sangguniang Bayan (Section 49(a), Local Government Code).

• The Municipal Vice Mayor shall strive to perform effectively the powers, duties, and functions as mandated by the Local Government Code (Section 445).
