MANDATE

  • To enact ordinances, approve resolutions and appropriate funds for the general welfare, progress and or development of this municipality and its constituents

VISION

  • A dynamic and proactive Sangguniang Bayan for responsive and effective legislation for a livable and progressive Municipality

MISSION

  • To ensure Multi-stakeholders participant for quality legislation
  • The local legislative power in the Municipality of Sablan shall be exercised by the Sangguniang Bayan (Section 48).
  • The Sangguniang Bayan shall strive to be effective in performing the local legislative power as mandated by the Local Government Code (Sections 48, 446, and 447).
